The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying. the decorations and Alpine theme created a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. the hotel had various sports facilities available for use, albeit at an additional cost.
The internal kids area was great but cold and not well-maintained, with shampoo provided in a nearly finished bottle. the surrounding area is not as peaceful and wooded as advertised, located in a residential/industrial zone.

Had an amazing Easter break at a hotel that was worth every penny! the children's play area offered a great experience, and it was a relief that it was indoor, especially since it was chilly in March! the hotel was situated in a great location near the woods, and it was easy to access other key attractions in the area. the staff was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast facilities!
It was a bit disappointing that we had to pay an extra cost to access some activities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location, nestled in a traditional bottle like in a supermarket, was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. And despite being in a quite area, we found that there was plenty to do nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area with easy access to transportation.

The adjacent restaurant had great food and friendly staff. The decorations and theme throughout the hotel were well done. Rooms were cozy, well-equipped, and had a nice alpine feel. The breakfast was pleasant with a good variety of options.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as we found almost finished shampoo on the first day and it wasn't replaced. The pillows were too big and not comfortable to sleep on.
